If you haven’t switched houses with any of our associates and are in doubt about how to plan this in the best way possible, stay calm. 1. Select your favorite destinations
Do an initial search in our database using the “Destination” or “Style” filters and find places and homes that fall into the category you are looking for, such as places for diving fans and hosts that accept pets.
Click on the heart next to the description of the house of your choice to mark it. This way, you will create an initial list of options to show to family and friends. To access this list just click on your name in the upper right corner of the page, and then on “My Favorites”.
2. Talk to the host
From the “My Favorites” section, you can send invitations to other hosts and start a conversation. Before deciding on the location, ask for details, photos and ask questions to resolve all your doubts. Remember to start the conversation in advance so you have time to feel confident before the exchange.
3. Ask BeLocal for help

4. Keeping an Eye Open: stay connected in airline ticket deals
Air tickets tend to become more interesting with the end of the high season. Months like April and May are great for finding prices that are more attractive. There are many services on the internet that make looking for discounts easier. The first one shows the cheapest airline tickets within the period in which you choose. The second one searches for the cheapest dates in the next six months. While you’re at it also follow our page on Facebook, we will share airline ticket discounts with you.
